**TXU Energy SummerSavings 24^SM is a fixed price plan that has a minimum term of 24 months and an early cancellation fee of $200. Summer discounts are based on consumption during June, July, August and September bill cycles, which are determined by your meter read dates. Depending on when your meter is read, it is possible that the discounts received for June through September bill cycles will apply to May through August consumption. The only circumstance in which your price could change during the 24-month minimum term of this plan is in response to a change in law or regulatory charges.

^†The TXU Energy Freedom Plan^SM has a month-to-month fixed price and is subject to change with a forty-five (45) day advance written notice. This plan does not require you to sign a long-term contract and has no early cancellation fee.

^†^†Up to $599 every calendar year. $599 includes all bill credits earned through the TXU Energy Refer-a-Friend program as well as all other bill credits earned through any TXU Energy special customer promotion during the applicable calendar year. The last bill credit you’re eligible to earn in any given calendar year through the TXU Energy Refer-a-Friend program may be less than $50 so not to exceed the $599 limit.
